How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Azmoon account using one of the following methods:

What Data Will Be Deleted or Anonymized

Some information may be anonymized instead of deleted so that it can no longer be linked to your identity.

Some data may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or business record purposes.

– Order history required for accounting or tax compliance

– Security logs needed to prevent fraud or abuse

– Data that has already been anonymized and can no longer identify you

Deleting your account from Azmoon does not automatically remove locally stored data from your device.

– Clearing browser or PWA site data, if you use Azmoon as a web app

Third-Party Services

Azmoon may use third-party services for payments, analytics, authentication, email delivery, hosting, support, and educational feedback.

When your Azmoon account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the data we control. However, third-party providers may retain certain records according to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
